The Venosta/Vinschgau Line

The influence of a railway line can go well beyond the local economy and culture. It can become a distinguishing  feature of the landscape. The stations along the Venosta Valley line were built between 1903 and 1906.

The buildings still capture the elegance of days gone by, while integrating cutting-edge technology: a combination that makes the entire valley even more unique.
